These services include

Check and ensure all Rotating equipment are erected and installed as per P&ID during pre-commissioning, commissioning and during start-up stages.

Ensure all piping’s are free from debris with flushing / leak test and are properly supported.

Ensure Pre-commissioning is complete and MCC has been achieved. Introduction of feed stock in to the facility to achieve normal operating conditions.

Preparation of commissioning and SOP procedures submission for client approval.

Preparation of punch list and submission in the form of ADVICE TICKET for client approval for Rectification.

All rotating equipment’s spares (commissioning/start-up and shut down spares) to make ready.

Ensure to do condition monitoring and inspection checks to be carried out during equipment’s normal operation. and periodic inspection as per daily/ monthly/half yearly/annually and replacement was done as necessary.
