These services include

Develop and review of Commissioning HS&E deliverables.

Carr-out HS&E Training Need Analysis (TNA) to evaluate team’s HS&E training needs, develop and review comprehensive HS&E Training Programs, / HS&E Training Matrix / Training evaluation Program for C&SU & Operation /Maintenance un-experienced members

Witness and support testing and verification of Fire Detection, Fire Warning/Alarms, Firefighting and Fire Suppression Systems.

Guide, lead and conduct Pre-Start Safety Reviews (PSSR).

Develop, review and implement Safe system of work for Early Start-up (ESU) and Black Start-up (BSU) and COSHH assessment for hazardous chemicals and materials.

Develop and implement waste management and strategy to reduce potential environment impact (Air quality, Noise & Water quality) during C&SU activities and use of chemicals.

Share, communicate and implement lessons learned from past projects to ensure that HSE and operability are maintained throughout the C&SU span.
